Bharat Petroleum Corp is in talks with foreign companies to sell a 24 per cent stake in its 120,000 barrels per day Bina refinery in Madhya Pradesh, its chairman told Reuters on Thursday.
The refinery is a joint venture with Oman's state oil firm. The company wants to boost the capacity of the refinery by about 30 per cent, BPCL Chairman S. Varadarajan said.
