Sobha Developers, the Bangalore-based listed realty major, has launched Sobha Halcyon, a new super luxury residential project at Whitefield, East Bangalore.
Spread across the three-acre campus, the project would have just one tower, comprising of ground plus 21 floors. It would offer a total of 175 exclusive luxurious apartments, divided into two wings.
The size of the 3 BHK apartments is in the range of 142.70 - 173.26 sq m (1,536 to 1,865 sq ft) with a base price tag of Rs 5,730 per sq ft. The apartments will cost in the Rs 1.02 crore to Rs 1.29 crore price range.
Even though the project is located in one of the busiest areas in the city, it is designed to provide peace and tranquility throughout the day, the company claimed. The homes in Sobha Halcyon are well planned with suitable designs, spacious rooms and thoughtfully crafted spaces, it said.
“Whitefield has been one of the most sought out real estate micro-markets in Bangalore. Owing to its proximity to various corporate offices, educational institutions, malls and hospitals, Whitefield has grown considerably in the last few years and continues to exhibit immense growth potential,” JC Sharma, vice chairman and managing director at Sobha Limited told Financial Chronicle.
He said infrastructure development and the upcoming metro rail connectivity would be an added advantage. “The price in the region has appreciated by about 9 per cent in the last two years and there is a growing demand for apartment complexes in this micro-market,” Sharma said.
Sobha Halcyon, located in Whitefield, provides international quality homes replete with world-class amenities to it residents, he said.
According to Sharma, the project launched in April 2015, would be ready for delivery by December 2018.
Amenities at Sobha Halcyon include a swimming pool along with a separate pool for kids, a children’s play area, jogging track, playfield for cricket and football, tennis court and senior citizens’ corner with good landscaping and seating spaces. The indoor facilities are clubhouse with a pool table, gymnasium, multipurpose hall, reading lounge and table tennis.
